'Sit with Me' Linocut Print, 2023

​

A two block, three colour linocut print, that depicts a mother and her daughter watching a starling murmuration in the evening. It was made to remind us how important it is to stop in the busyness of life and to embrace the nature, family and diversity we have around us.

 

‘Available in 2 variations:

​

- Prussian Blue and grey on pastel pink handmade paper: A small edition of 4. The paper is very textured, and much of the print is not a solid colour due to this - each print varies considerably. This depicts the mood of the print and gives it a distinct, textured look.

- Purple and grey version, on white, Japanese Hosho paper. A small edition of 9, using purple and grey oil based ink.
